Strangely, the delay vanishes when the identical Book 3 Ultra is used with a Z Fold 5. Undoubtedly, your experience will be different from mine.
However. Multi Connect comes in useful if you do not want to continually put down what you are working on in order to pick up your phone and finish another job. You can control everything while keeping your hands on the trackpad and keyboard of your laptop. Quite cool.
