The singer debuted a preview video for her new track, “Angel,” on YouTube on Monday. While instrumental music is playing in the background, the film shows snippets from Bailey’s childhood home movies. The music will be made available on Friday.
Together with her sister Chlöe Bailey, Bailey began her musical career as a duet. In 2020, they published “Ungodly Hour,” their most recent album. The next year, Chlöe Bailey released “Have Mercy” as her debut solo song.
The “Have Mercy” singer expressed her excitement for her sister’s next single in the Instagram comments section on Monday, saying, “I cannot WAIT. Always be my angel.
Months after appearing in Disney’s live-action adaptation of “The Little Mermaid,” Halle Bailey released the teaser video for “Angel.”
The musician and actor has been upfront about going through a difficult time while shooting.
When the epidemic was at its worst, Bailey said to People in May, “The Little Mermaid” was being produced, and she was “living alone in London away from everything I knew.”
